• Assisting doctors in pre transplant work done• Coordinating the licensing process and organising meetings• Patient assessment and listening• Registering patients with ZCCK for cadaveric donor transplantation• Guiding patient and their family for the legal documents for live donor transplantation• Maintaining waiting list and patient follow up• Grief counselling to patients, patient’s family whenever required• Administrative responsibilities and coordinating with various teams such as transplantation team, hospital management team, public relation team, organ retrieval team, ICU, OT, Lab for necessary procedures• Educating donor, recipient and family wherever necessary• Collating all the documents required• Sharing transplant statistics to the appropriate authority whenever requested• Preparing paper work for obtaining licence for transplantation and its renewal• Coordinating licencing process, empanelment of doctors involved in transplantation`

• Assisting patients to fill up the registration forms for OPD consultation and during the times of admission.• Meeting enquiries and giving information on admission of patients, availability of doctors in the OPD.• Helping the patients to write applications for claiming the in–patients reports, change of name, address, etc.• Guiding health check–up patients to various departments, meeting their requirements, collecting investigation reports and handing them over.
