• Frame and challenge Segments/BUs Flash, Monthly Reports, Forecasts and Budgets, provide Group Management with key information & analyses required to steer the business;• Challenge and review the business results, identify business opportunities across units and improve the quality of forecasting and reporting;• Manage and analyze the working capital, develop a central model to forecast the working capital of the business;• Collaborate with cross-functional counterparts like HR, CTO, Purchasing, Strategy and drive improvement projects;

• Manage 3 direct and 1 indirect reports, reporting directly to CFO & CEO;• Provide Management with decision tools and recommendations for Continuous Improvement (e.g. WCM) and assistance for Breakthrough Projects (e.g. Capex, Restructuring);• Responsible for costs, profitability & KPI analyses as well as monthly, yearly, forecast reports and budgets;• Realize various requirements from Profit Centers (Fibres, etc.);

• Right-hand person to the Director of the Profit Center in monitoring production and sales performance for plants in Luxembourg, UK & Poland;• Determine standard production costs of products, benchmark best practices from different plants, conduct gap analyses;• Prepare and consolidate reports: Visual management, forecasts, budgets, monthly reports and consolidated income statements;• Monitor and consolidate sales action plans by country and Salesman;• Deliver customer, segment, product mix and profitability analyses;• Customer account manager for Belgian French-speaking area;

• Maintain, control, update and analyze the cost accounting system (ABC method). Analyze variances between the standard costing model and financial figures.• Deliver customer, segment, product mix and profitability analysis (decision support to management).• Conduct plant and project appraisals, feasibility studies, new product manufacturing and marketing studies in collaboration with the production and sales department.• Collection and Credit Manager for France and Benelux (financial terms and conditions negotiations with customers, follow-up of financial statements, building client relationships).• Prepare and coordinate monthly closing process and reporting to management. • Manage Benelux sales projects (pricing, coordination, logistics, claim management, feasibility requests, commercial and technical assistance) in close collaboration with other departments and clients.

• Manage the Bank investment portfolio by * Analysing sector-based data, publications and corporate financial statements; * Preparing and presenting investment opportunities to the Executive Committee; * Trading with brokers and following up the assets (CDS, Convertibles, ABS, FRN) with internal departments (Risk Management, Back Office, etc)• Train the KBLBI subsidiary in Dublin during three months in “Corporate” analysis while being trained on securitization methods.• Work in the « Audit Group » and « Loan Management » departments.
