CurrentHolding the role as CS Development lead in Howspace means leading development projects for the customer success team, managing the Customer experience team and continuing the development of how we create a seamless customer experience from Supporting tools & services to Key account processes.- Responsible for developing the Customer Success Management (CSM).- Implemented new tools and optimized workflows- Conducted internal training for onboarding and further development of the Key Account role.- Shared leadership and responsibility with the Head of CSM for 20 employees, with responsibilities divided according to role and area of expertise.- Managed the Customer Experience team, transforming from reactive customer service to proactive customer experience, achieving an NPS score of 80 globally.- Developed new pricing models and service packages for different customer segments.- Developed data analyses of customer behavior & data driven decision making
