Testing finished product, intermediate product, and stability samples.• Training in many analytical tests including: HPLC analyses, Dissolution, Related Substances/ Organic Impurities, Assay, Content Uniformity, Identification (TLC, UV, and HPLC), Loss on Drying/ Moisture Analysis, Hardness, Friability, Disintegration, and Physical Appearance/ Description.• Experience in document updates and Change Control. Creating Protocols, SOPs, and Test Methods as per Change Requests. I have also created forms to be used for calculation of results.• Experience in report writing; Lab Notes (LIRs), FIRs, QC Reports for Trending and Investigations.• Document Controller Role: Making sure the Lab has the current Revision and to make sure there is no damage to location copies of documents.• Experience in laboratory software such as LIMS and Empower.• Calibration of laboratory instruments.• GMP document checking and book-checking of analyst’s work.• Training in sample receipt, sending micro samples, making purchase orders for lab consumables and chemicals, and correct chemical waste disposal.• Maintaining a high standard of GLP and cGMP at all times.• Training of new analysts.

My role as a student production technologist, in IPSEN manufacturing limited. At IPSEN I was placed in the production department of a cleanroom where I assisted in the following, lyophilisation, systems validation, and GMP and cGMP skills.• 6 month Industrial Placement as part of my final year of college.• Gained a huge amount of experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry. • Introduced to different departments of how they all contribute to the finished product to be sold.
