Organizational Development Advisor
CurrentAs Organisational Development Advisor the role includes the following tasks and responsibilities:• Contribution to the development of Organisational Development Strategies and interventions that build workforce capacity and capability• Working effectively with stakeholders to coordinate, facilitate, support and lead the successful delivery of programs initiatives and events which contribute to the achievement of the HR business plan• Project manage the implementation of key initiatives and programs, including providing administration and logistics• Provide advice and support to managers and staff across a wide breadth of HR programs, including learning, culture, engagement, leadership, wellbeing, diversity, performance and talent management• Drive and support CenITex’s online learning capacity, including administering the learning management system; working with subject matter experts to review and develop the online learning offering; and ensuring employees across the business are effectively engaging with the online learning and meeting mandatory training requirements
