• Managing 138 brands in all different categories and product groups.• Currently responsible for the menswear buying for 2 Harvey Nichols stores, 8 Brandroom’s and 10 mono-brand stores and shop-in-shops.• Managing seasonal department budgets, deciding on the brand mix, constant training of sales staff, evaluating upcoming trends, pricing, detailed analysis of product groups, categories, fabrics, sizes and colors based on sales performance and seasonal trends• Deciding on payment terms and conditions, shipments, marketing contributions and finalizing retail prices. Also responsible for introducing and launching new brands and planning their marketing plans and growth strategies. Attending major seasonal trade fairs such as Pitti Uomo, Bread&Butter and representing Demsa Luxury in the fashion weeks of Milan, Paris and London.• Principal member of a team in charge of training, merchandising, brand mix, promotions and deciding on new projects. Actively participated in the opening of Harvey Nichols Ankara, Brandroom Nişantaşı, Brandroom Suadiye, Salvatore Ferragamo boutique, Elie Tahari boutique, Pal Zileri and Ralph Lauren boutiques in HN Ankara and the implementation of the new Brandroom concept at Ankara Kavaklıdere and Adana stores in one year. Also fully responsible for the boutiques such as Tom Ford, 2 Lanvin, Ted Baker, Hackett, Sandro, Superdry & Alexander Mcqueen due to open in SS/2013 and the menswear department of the Galeries Lafayette project to be opened in SS/2015.• Since assuming responsibility, introduced more in-depth training methods, developed more detailed and focused reporting systems, built and trained a new buying team, introduced and managed made-to-measure events and trunk shows and finished the season with the highest global sell-out as a department, for the first time ahead of womenswear in both ready-to-wear and shoes categories.

• Responsible for 58 brands in different categories and product groups• Executed the menswear buying for 15 Beymen Stores and 14 mono-brand stores • Prepared the budgets for seasonal buying’s based on previous performance, store potential, seasonal trends and local demand• Constantly scouted for new and upcoming brands, attended major trade fairs, organizations and conferences on retail and fashion• Prepared and executed seasonal training and trend analysis• Organized Made-to-Measure events with brands such as Kiton, Ermenegildo Zegna, Corneliani and Armani Collezioni• Actively participated in the opening of Istinye Park Beymen and the boutiques such as Dolce & Gabbana, Paul Smith, Etro, YSL, Bottega Veneta as well as the development of the Akaretler area with 11 boutiques

• Developed the Bilstore multi-brand chain store concept and introduced to the market the Bilstore Nişantaşı and Kanyon fashion stores• Responsible for Bil`s, Bilstore’s and B stores management and profitability• Selecting the brand mix and managing the product mix of Bilstore’s • Introducing new brands to the company portfolio and managing their purchasing
