Construction of 3 storey Pendik Kemal Kalkuz Underground Parking lot -Coordination and control of the production of formwork and rebar works that are/will be done, organization of the whole field and concrete schedule to get the job done on time. -Preperation of attachments that will be presented with progress payments-Preperation of attachments and payments' documentation that will be presented to Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality for additional payments- Cost Control Process- Control and organization of shoring systems such as anchors and piles including casting crossbeam's concrete and post tensioning on time. -Organization of excavation - Control and coordination of membrane isolations to keep water away from whole structure in its service life- Acception of whole productions made in field by workers and reporting it daily/weekly/monthly to the executives including consultant firm’s - Analyzing the need of building materials and following the purchase process to get the delivery done to the field on time.
