Meet with Vendors ,and establish a business relationship, who came into the facility and help them with any problems they may have within my range of duties. Keeping a report on order status. Responsible for recording meetings and supplying our department staff with a summary. Cross-Trained to work in the Storeroom in shipping and receiving, delivering products within the facility, and filling in for employees in my department that were absent. Also Cross-Trained to fill in for the OR coordinator when he was unavailable, this included stocking the OR, making sure anything they needed ordered was taken care of, completing anesthesia charges, and meeting with vendors.
