Perhaps what I am most proud of, however, are the cultures I have nurtured, the teams and leaders I have mentored and promoted, and the organizations I have led through unprecedented challenges to the point at which they thrive in dynamic global markets.★ ★ ★Beginning my journey in a sales engineering capacity, I progressed through increasingly responsible leadership roles with what was then Yoder Manufacturing. With the acquisition by Formtek Group in 2001, I transitioned to Vice President of Sales and oversaw eight diverse brands in just as varied industrial markets. With a team of 25 direct sales executives and a global footprint of independent representatives, I championed our go-to-market approach, almost doubled revenue before our acquisition, and created a single source of truth by implementing a cross-division CRM.★ ★ ★Seeing an opportunity to broaden my executive exposure, I next joined American Roll Form Products, more recently acquired by Hynes Industries, as Vice President of Operations. Bringing a unique perspective to the position, I led two facilities with 120+ team members, identified continuous improvement opportunities, elevated production and quality metrics, and captured sustainable cost savings. Leveraging my sales background and focus on revenue growth and profit protection, I supported the business in growing to $32M+ in revenue with strong dashboard KPIs.★ ★ ★Despite only having been away from Formtek for 2 years, I was recruited to return as President and turn around the business. By triaging needs, acting swiftly, and leading a cultural transformation in just 3 years, my team and I produced a 25-point swing in net operating profit and positioned it as the world-class performer it is today.★ ★ ★Based on the success of my tenure at Formtek, I was asked to serve as President for a second Mestek company, Mestek Machinery. Needing significant change leadership to reengage the union organization, transform the service department, and eliminate operating silos, I applied a similar strategic roadmap, and over the past 8 years, I have once again delivered transformative outcomes.
