As Education, Training & e-Mental Health Officer I support the department manager with administration, development and roll out of the programme of work for Mental Health Ireland’s education, training, digital innovations and technology enhanced learning initiatives as per the 2022 – 2024 Mental Health Ireland Strategy.Main Responsibilities include:- Working with the Training Administrator to provide excellent customer service to corporate and community organisations seeking training. - Supporting the coproduction and evaluation of education and training programmes to promote mental health and recovery. This includes the tailoring of content, resources and slides of current workshops to meet learning objectives based on user need and user feedback. It also includes participating on coproduction groups for the development of new training and the administration of same.- Actively marketing and promoting Mental Health Ireland trainings.- Monitoring training fidelity and quality of facilitation, via agreed processes.- Organisising training for trainers, shadowing opportunities, cofacilitation opportunities,and introduce new staff to Mental Health Ireland’s suite of training products.• Supporting Mental Health Ireland’s digital innovations and technology enhanced learning initiatives.• Providing administration for the Tony Leahy Bursary Programme and Kevin Plunket.- Creating reports on pilots, projects, and initiatives to enable a continuous improvement environment.
