Senior Hr Specialist
Current• Provide project coordination and office management to HR Dept• Recruit for various positions• Process all new hire paperwork, including third party administrator websites • Administer all welfare plans, including enrollments and terminations• Process Personnel Action forms • Serve as Chair on the MBA Activities Committee and the MBA Wellness Committee• Develops, plans and coordinates a variety of staff morale-building activities and special events including staff receptions, staff anniversary party, holiday party and activities • Systems Administrator for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Develops, prepares, generates and analyzes on-going and ad-hoc special reports, including benefits data, staffing, turnover, recruitment, etc. Makes system changes and enters and all staff employment data. Develops and nurtures relationships with appropriate ADP contacts • Processes all departmental as well as various association expenses• Create and submit HR budget for fiscal year
