I am a new grad NP currently living in Las Vegas. I have passed my boards and am looking for a the perfect job/opportunity to relocate my family. Although I am a new grad, I believe my years of experience in the ER as a nurse and recently as an interim clinical nurse manager has provided me with the relative experience required to be successful in the clinical setting. It has also helped me to excel in interpersonal communication and patient care planning. High quality patient care, education, and positive patient outcomes are at the forefront of my practice. Uncovering root causes and helping patients achieve wellness and long lasting health is my goal. I take the time to listen to patients and their concerns, formulate a diagnosis, treatment plan and educate about continuing care and prevention. Additionally I am confident that my ability to learn and adapt quickly as well as my patient centered care approach will bridge the new grad gap.
