As a National Legacy Community Consultant for the Harold Grinspoon Foundation, I travel to Jewish communities around the country training, supporting, mentoring and coaching teams in Jewish organizations (day schools, synagogues, social service agencies and more) to offer after-lifetime giving opportunities to their most loyal donors. This allows donors to leave a legacy to an organization that has been meaningful in their lives, and provides the organization a financially sustainable future.The LIFE & LEGACY initiative of the Harold Grinspoon Foundation is currently in 58 communities in the US and growing every year. In a few short years, over 23,000 legacy commitments have been made, valued at an estimated $850 million in future gifts to Jewish organizations, $94 million of which is in realized gifts.

At the nation's largest Domestic Violence Shelter, leading a department of 8, I was responsible for all income streams including grants, corporate gifts, individual donors and thrift store for a $2 Million dollar campaign.

For this large children's summer camp I was the first Development Director. During my tenure, we grew from 70 annual gifts to over 600 and laid the foundation for a $30 Million dollar capital campaign. I also initiated a Legacy campaign which grew to 117 donors in just 2 years.
