As someone who has worked in Operations for years, I believe in the importance of continuous improvement both individually and as an organization. I am always learning something new from my co-workers at Xenium, who have years of experience in HR, Benefits Administration, Operations Management, and Payroll. In my role as Operations Manager I support several departments with new client implementation, planning and executing internal projects, licensing, billing, making recommendations for process improvements and providing administrative support.
