Develop and execute creative recruitment and staffing strategies which cultivate a richly diverse, inclusionary workforce in support of equity initiatives.Personable relationship builder: fielding questions from candidates on application, interview, hiring processes, onboarding, training, benefits, perks, compensation, collective bargaining agreements, and career development.Advise Directors on PPS hiring processes and bargaining agreements; facilitate hiring, including interview participation and onboarding.Develop and execute creative recruitment and staffing strategies which cultivate a richly diverse, inclusionary workforce in support of equity initiatives.Personable relationship builder: fielding questions from candidates on application, interview, hiring processes, onboarding, training, benefits, perks, compensation, collective bargaining agreements, and career development.Decrease hiring-decision timelines through selection process refinement and facilitation: create and train process improvements including interview questions, bias awareness, job descriptions, interview scripts, process documentation for a variety of job types. Consult subject matter experts on the essential type, scope and breadth of skills, licensures, knowledge, abilities, and traits in order to directly source highly qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles. Partner with external agencies, universities, and stakeholders to publicize job vacancies and promote PPS. Research and execute a variety of promotional resources (online, print, radio, television advertising) and partnerships; create job announcements and promotional materials. Create, promote, manage, and participate in virtual and in-person job fairs/ events: sourcing, set -up, presenting, tracking/ follow-up. In-depth personal/professional development in relation to racial equity and social justice.
