Lead the project team to follow through whole project life cycle (from proposal discussion, protocal build, EVT, DVT, MP) for automation test system.

Manage OEM (Fiber & Connector) in Malaysia of service level (KPI includes quality PPM, deliveries, RMI defect rate etc); leverage internal cross-function resource (production, engineering, R&D, quality, planning) in supporting OEM on skills training, output delivery, yield improvement and quality improvement.

Lead the test engineering team which supports $30M revenue/Q production lines (EDFA, 980pump, 40G Transponder, and VOA)Budget forecasting, capital efficiency, test CPOR and capacity ramp-up to satisfy business need. Led test engineering team to successfully ramp up 87% test capacity in Q3 of 2012 which increased $2M revenue. Project planning, control and management to deliver the commitment. One of success projects is leading Shenzhen, Shanghai, Bangkok, UK and USA team to replicate EDFA product line in Q1 of 2012 which 4 weeks ahead of the schedule and secure 35% quarter revenue for the company.

Work closely with UK engineers to transfer and setup the test system in Shenzhen production line, complete calibration and verification to release test system for production.Test sytem daily maintenance (failures troubleshooting, calibration, change control) and continuous improvement (yield improvement, test time reduction, capital efficiency).Assist PE on products (EDFA) failures investigation and rework.
