Project management experience spanning over fifteen 15 years; confident working with technical experts from any industry. At National Commercial Bank worked in various capacities for a little over 20 years, from an Administrator to a Project Lead. Various jobs included areas such as IT, Operations, Risk Management, Transformation, Y2K & Project Mgmt. October 2010 worked with Pan Caribbean Financial Services (now Sagicor Investments) in the role of Asst Project Manager (PM). Project managed, wrote requirements, prepared training manuals and trained team members for the projects assigned. At Centralized Strategic Services a shared service organization (Subsidiary of the Jamaica Co-operative Credit Union League) worked as a PM facilitating & conducting Project Mgmt functions for Credit Unions in Jamaica and abroad (Trinidad & Tobago). Areas of focus included:•Conducting Strategic Retreats, evaluating the current state of the organization and its processes and aligning it to their Strategic Goals; •Redefining goals for the Organization in order to identify the specific strategies for the future;•Prepare/Provided Fact Finding, Analytical Evaluation and Recommendation Reports from Strategic Retreats Business Analysis•Provided Solution/Documents regarding Performance Mgmt as well as other key areas (Operations, HR Documentation/Job Description)Stint at Mozido Jamaica Ltd as a PM conducting IT based projects which involves mobile banking solution to Jamaica as well as the wider Caribbean Islands.
