Working as Project Manager at Technip India Limited Noida IndiaNature of work:- Organizing and attending the Kick off meeting with client & internal department and prepare the minutes of meeting.  Finalize with Customer the required input to start the project, first cut of DCR, document submission & approval cycle, progress measurement and reporting system, invoicing and payment procedure. Prepare Project Plan & Execution plan  Organize and lead to project review weekly & monthly meeting and prepare MOM Prepare the weekly progress report  Give input to Planning department to prepare Monthly progress report. Organizing and actively participating HAZOP meeting, Piping model review. Random check of critical piping deliverable (Pipe, fittings and Valve MTO) before submit to client as and when required. Planning scheduling of releasing documents to client as per DCS/DCR. Interaction with customer to resolve the required/pending technical/commercial issues. Update all concerned on project scope and requirements. Track of Site TQ’s (Timely to be replied by Lead Engineer to the Site),  To help PM, to coordinate with all concerned Departments and to ensure completion of project within estimated cost and schedule. To co-ordinate request for deviation/concession for the non-conformance with Customer, if any. Raising Design change orders on account of deviations from the contract to the customer. Track of design change order and get approvals from client To raise invoice as per progress/milestone achieved, and follow up to get the timely payment from client. Prepare and give presentation of Project status to management in monthly “Project Management review” meeting. Close monitoring and control of manhours earned, manhour spent and achieved progress.  Prepare project close out report .Specialties: Project management for Onshore and offshore Project ( Completed one F.P.S.O.
