While I have a BSc in Environmental and Geographical Science, my experience is broad, with a focus on corporate sustainability, social impact and community development. I enjoy working with people and organisations that are striving to make a positive difference in the world. My key skills include:-Carbon accounting-Project management-Project evaluation-Research and analysis-Writing and reporting-Stakeholder engagementI am currently working in carbon reporting in New Zealand.I am passionate about environmental sustainability and sustainable development. I have written and managed sustainability and social reporting projects for listed companies, consulted on corporate social impact strategies, and written articles and provided images for publications such as the Trialogue CSI Handbook and the Trialogue Sustainability Review. I have also evaluated corporate social impact programmes for large corporates such as Telkom and MTN SA, Eskom and Santam. I have worked with a number of charitable organisations, including SHAWCO (environmental education), Greenpop (tree planting and environmental education) and EVolocity (sustainability and engineering education).In 2011, I co-founded South Africa's go-to ethical food directory and blog - www.foodwithastory.co.za, and ran this project in my spare time between 2011 and 2016. In 2013 I initiated the Grown in Philippi photoessay project, part of the World Design Capital 2014 series.Prior to this I was working in environmental management in Christchurch, New Zealand, after completing my BSc in Environmental Science at the University of Cape Town. I also wrote a sustainability column for the NZ Herald during this time, as well as writing for https://www.linkedin.com/redir/general-malware-page?url=Ecobob%2eco%2enz%2eIn early 2015, I completed Essential Tools and Techniques for Project Management - a BTEC Professional Certificate. This consolidated and enhanced my project management skills.
