Mr. Chartrand has an extensive experience in the field of electrical distribution. Having worked for Hydro-Québec throughout his entire career, he has brought an unmeasurable expertise and value to the projects in which participated. In addition to having served on various steering committees such as, advanced metering, electric transportation and network evolution plan, Mr. Chartrand was responsible for the supervision of all the areas of technology at Hydro-Québec Distribution. Mr. Chartrand has directed teams comprising 5 to 12 managers, and 20 to 400 employees. Mr. Chartrand has also managed large annual project portfolios in the excess of $ 600 million.
