Implementation of the new digital architecture for 3 TELCO’s Operators. Organization and management of successful customer data migrations from the legacy BSS for 6 TELCO’s Operators (including TIER1). Software products development and improvement, including the innovative system for predictable analytics in customer service, the new system for finance credit product, etc. Interactions, motivation and engagement cross-functional Business, Development and Delivery teams.

Project management: stream leading of large project, products and business process requirements, deployment coordination, project KPIs, project reports. Coordinated of the sales launching in the new BSS for national, regional and local dealers in 8 Operator’s branches. Managed of customer data migration (over 70 mil subscribers).

Customer product ownership: introduced a few federal and regional VAS products (above 20), raised efficiency of product introducing and promotion (up to 35% revenue increase).
