- conducting analysis of abuse threats and vulnerabilities to identify potential impact on the organization and customers;- evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and working closely with the Legal & Abuse General Manager in developing and implementing solutions in the Legal and Abuse department;- developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the latest cyber threats and attack methodologies, including malware, phishing, ransomware, and other malicious activities;- working closely with the Legal & Abuse team to provide insights and recommendations on preventing and mitigating abuse threats;- collaborating with other business units to assess the potential impact of abuse threats on business operations, reputation, and customer trust;- developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to provide visibility to senior management on the state of abuse threats and the organization's readiness to respond to incidents;- conducting research and analysis on emerging trends and technologies in the cyber security industry to identify potential opportunities for the organization;- overseeing specialized Legal & Abuse projects, monitoring deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of projects;- developing, nurturing, and sustaining key relationships with cyber security organizations and law enforcement reps;- managing competing resources and priorities, coordinating resource allocation with the Legal & Abuse General Manager;- contributing to the creation of tools for the automation of Legal & Abuse team processes;

- leading a department that is focused on fighting abuse involving domain names/web hosting/email hosting (e.g. phishing, spam, various types of scam, malware, whois inaccuracy, CSAM, controlled substances/illegal pharmacy, etc.; ensuring compliance with internal policies in terms of resource consumption, disk space usage by hosting services);- managing a team responsible for abuse reported on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.);- managing a department of 170 employees;- mentoring & developing Team Leaders, Team Managers;- ensuring the team's skills & knowledge are aligned with the fast-paced abuse trends;- analysis and improvement of department's efficiency (by automation and optimization of existing workflow). As a part of this, coordinating projects that are aimed at reducing take-down time and prevention of creation of abusive services;- participating in projects devoted to creation of internal tools that either reduce the take-down time or improve abuse prevention techniques;- cooperation with external partners that track and report abuse incidents e.g. Netcraft, PhishLabs;- ensuring compliance with ICANN policies;

- ensuring that employees follow internal procedures, clarify unclear aspects to them;- correcting mistakes to fill in gaps that employees might have and prevent negative impact on the company;- sharing experience and train newbies to improve their skills;- supervising new QA specialists;

- lead a team of 15 employees;- hold regular performance review and 1-1 meetings to increase skills of team members and motivate them to progress further;- work on projects delegated by a General Manager aimed at increasing department's efficiency by automation and optimization of internal processes;
