Driving Software VAD in the CEE region

- Managing technical education processes for SMB partners' technical staff;- Managing evaluation of customer technical support level;- Creating training schedule and spreading the scope of work between team members;- Managing interactive LMS (Learning Management System) for company internal and external students;- Technical partners' training on company products' implementation, with the following certification;- Conducting users' training for customers of the company;- Technical preparations of demo stands for trainings (both software and hardware);- Conducting pre-sales meetings with customers;- Managing technical training events for International Sales Department on site;- Creating training materials (presentations, scripts, narrated videos);- Participation in development of unified metrics to evaluate work of technical support;- Cooperation with Technical Implementation Department in order to maintain high consistent level of technical trainings.

- Providing technical support in Russian, English and German languages;- Developing and implementing internal processes related to customer technical support;- Project management on development of new and improvement of existent business processes on the customer side;- Writing articles;- Administration of the Knowledge Base;- Handling customer cases in accordance with internal quality management processes;- Work with client data in Sales Force CRM system.
