Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, working with the Business Controls (BC) Representatives of the various functions (Finance, Global Logistics, Procurement, Materials, Manufacturing, Facilities, and Security) ensuring that all BC related activity is managed and that all concerns relating to or impacting ISC Server Operations are highlighted and dealt with in an efficient manner.Perform peer reviews on functions to ascertain their position in relation to Audit readiness and help ensure they have a high-quality set of processes, compliance tests and measurements to ensure audit readiness at all times. Managed bi-weekly audit readiness meeting with the Site Executive and Senior Management team where all issues that may impact our internal business control compliance posture are reviewed and action plans agreed. Work with the process champions to establish their understanding and confidence of their procedure or processes.Act as focal point between Internal Audit and the Business when an audit is called. Where process defects are exposed, project manage the process owners to ensure all actions in relation to the exposure are closed off and the defect does not repeat. Ensure that where all SOX controls are called out, that they are fully tested, documented and documentation is kept by the function.
