I focus on SaaS businesses that provide payments and other financial infrastructure to their users (i.e. "SaaS Platforms"). Specifically I specialise in advising SaaS companies on how to grow by embedding fintech capabilities to monetise on payments and payment-adjacent services that are complementary to their core offering.Key roles include:- Managing and nurturing established partnerships with global SaaS Platforms focusing on how they can monetise payments. I work with companies from across the APAC region.- Shaping Stripe's global growth strategy with platform business models.- Leading projects across all aspects of deal execution from business case development to deal structuring and negotiation.- Providing in-region market expertise and a local escalation to some of the world's largest software companies as they expand their offerings in the APAC region. - Partnering with Product to scope and prioritise the launch of new Stripe products.

- Defined the target operating model strategy for a Big 4 bank's major division, including development of the supporting financial model and business case- Defined the target operating model strategy for the Finance function of an ASX20 company, focusing on the process and people layers- Led the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) opportunity assessment and business case stream for a major bank, running over 50 management level workshops across Brisbane, Sydney and Auckland- Led the process and robot target operating model stream for an RPA proof of concept at a Professional Services company- Led the business case stream for an RPA opportunity assessment for a global Energy & Resources company- Supported the Commercial Finance team of a large utilities company to define their key performance management metrics - Led a team reporting directly to the Project Sponsor as we designed the processes, data requirements and governance structures supporting ~$3 billion in funding- Performed commercial due diligence and call centre diagnostic projects in the Medical Device and Insurance industries- Gained extensive change management and project management experience, with results directly impacting over 30 onshore operational staff- Created and facilitated Deloitte Consulting's data visualisation training for beginners, focusing on Tableau - Took a four month career break to travel around the northern hemisphere, starting in Tokyo and finishing in San Francisco via Korea, the Nordics and North America
