I work with a volunteer board of directors and other community and business leaders to identify, recruit, train, guide, and inspire them to become involved in youth programs. This is work that makes a difference, work that calls one to continual learning and challenges. Areas of focus in the BSA include:-In partnership with the Miami Marlins, I provided leadership with an in - game experience for over 6,000 scouts and families in a period of 3 years in our annual Scout Day at Marlins Park.-Annually raised over $250,000 for the South Florida Scouting community to develop new programs for South Florida Scouts.
