In this role, I acted as a deputy to the Marketing Head, contributing to a range of projects. I was responsible for the planning, organization, and execution of events, international trade shows, training sessions, and webinars. I developed concepts for the successful implementation of events and training, managed communication and marketing activities for promotional purposes, and oversaw all social media channels for the Swan Group. Furthermore, I conducted data analysis, created and managed microsites and landing pages using WordPress, planned and executed social media campaigns, and provided B2B social media training for our subsidiaries. My duties also included managing our e-commerce and homepage, conducting B2B email campaigns for our worldwide subsidiaries, maintaining online directories, overseeing the communications mailbox, and managing marketing materials and inventory.

During this period, my main focus was set on creating a comprehensive social media strategy, which includes establishing and managing various company pages across various platforms, training staff on effective social media usage, crafting detailed guidelines, and designing a successful content plan.

In this role, I provided administrative support to the Marketing & Communications department. I was responsible for co-planning, organizing, accompanying, and following up on various events for the Swan Group, as well as organizing and planning internal sales conferences. I managed the marketing inventory, created and executed newsletters (layout and content), and developed company presentations and various guidelines. Additionally, I maintained databases, managed the website, and created sales budgets and statistics.

In this role, I handled incoming inquiries about products, prices, and suppliers. I maintained the minutes of weekly sales meetings and created and processed sales statistics. Additionally, I recorded new customer data and maintained the customer database. I monitored and processed customer orders, managed the shipment of goods to customers within Switzerland, and addressed order errors and incorrect deliveries. I was also responsible for general email and call communication, as well as performing various tasks within the sales office.
