A faith based course that helps people overcome Military trauma

To assist new Volunteer Angels to be their best. To address any questions/concerns a new Volunteer Angel may have.

Lead team of volunteers to support Spec Ops military & Chaplains deployed in support of combat or humanitarian missions overseas.

Provisioned phones in cable computer system for technicians. Sole bilingual customer service assistant for customer base over 100,000 for my first five years with the company. Also assisted the direct sales department making marketing material in Spanish for their sales teams. Liaison to Cable Communications Agency for five months by satisfying customers concerns to desired resolutions with a success rate of 98%.

Was bartender for full service bar and 25 table restaurant. Also bartended any special events held in a 600 person capacity banquet hall that held frequent international dances. Also was responsible for stocking, staffing, and promotions for the bar.

Supervisor over 15 representatives that handled incoming calls for over 200 clients. Assisted in employee recruiting, application organization, and new hire training. Handled all billing inquiries. Completed all filing, correspondence, and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel Programs. Represented the company at any public functions.
