As a Director I am responsible for the overall operation of the following programs:-Care Coordination Program (CCR)-Benefit Counseling Program (BC)-Legal Services Program (LSN)-Welcoming New York Legal Program (WNY)-Community Home Test Giveaway Program (CHTG)-Opioid Overdose Prevention Program (OOPP)Additionally our CCR program has been chosen to participate in the PROMISE/APPLI study. Which is funded by DOH/CUNY in efforts to promote long-acting injectables (LAI) to the HIV clients we serve through our partner, Brooklyn Hospital.

In my role as a supervisor at the resource center, I successfully forged robust and collaborative partnerships with various organizations and agencies to deliver essential support servicesto our post-adoption, guardianship, and kinship families.Undertook extra responsibilities, including spearheading theformation of a fundraising committee and contributing to the establishment of an office pantry for the benefit of the community we serve. As a result of my proactive initiatives, I earned a promotion to the position of Program Director.

Directly supervised a team of caseworkers and orchestrated the achievement of service plan goals across our four child parent psychotherapy and court ordered supervised preventative programs. While implementing trauma-informed and crisis intervention case management techniques for ACS-involvedfamilies.

Worked effectively as a team to answer over 1000+ patient calls daily and provide resources to resolve grievances, while ensuring optimal standards were being met.
