Through curiosity and the will to achieve the best, I continously learned more about communication, marketing and brands in an B2B environment, as well as in a direct sales organization. Having worked in an international family owned business I learned to work in a personal yet ever changing environment. International assignments and working with teams around the world, I learned to think globally and act locally where necesary. My biggest strengths is probably strategic and conceptual thinking as well as staying positive also when things get challenging and change is needed. The need to change individually taught me to listen to my strengths and to leave old patterns to continously reflect and learn about personal motives. Becoming a systematic coach was the natural result of this and I love empowering people in finding their own solutions, that are hidden in them. I am a big fan of meaning centered and new work methods, believing in the power of self motivation. I love to learn and I love people that like to learn and develop! That is why I am combing the best of three world at the moment: teaching at a business school, running my own consultancy and meint a mother of a three year old fast learner.
