Responsible for:- Monitoring the regulatory aspects related to industrial products and processes, technical restrictions and laws of the local markets;- Identify, interpret, implement and update new requirements applicable to the Management System;- Perform hazardous analysis of the Food Safety System as well as support the implementation of programs and Prerequisites validations;- Attending external audits of certifiers and customers, to achieve satisfactory results and meet stakeholders;- Plan and develop training, integration and communication materials for teams;- Perform actions relating to development and integration of Food Safety and Quality Systems;- Support technically the plants and marine terminals regarding the Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and FSSC 22000).

- Control of the authenticity of products and co-products;- Continuous search of new analysis technologies;- Participation in the certification ISO 22000:2005;- Manage teams and the costs of the chromatographic and microbiological laboratories (03 direct employees and 02 trainees);- Develop and deploy new technologies of microbiological and chromatographic analyzes;- Evaluate trends of microbiological results and disseminate them;- Manage the external plan for special analyzes, evaluate and disseminate results and trends;- Act preventively in order to avoid contamination in the process, assessing and reporting to stakeholders regarding trends and guidance regarding the causes and actions when they occur.

- Implementation of physical-chemical and chromatographic analysis;- Control of the authenticity of products and co-products;- Continuous search of new analysis technologies;- Participation in the certification ISO 22000:2005.

- Register products and establishments in the Ministry of Agriculture as well as control the renewal of such registers;- Prepare and maintain product specifications, procedures and forms according to the Quality System;- Creation of control plans in the SAP system;- Development and approvement of suppliers (of products, raw materials and packaging);- Development of analytical procedures and update the system Microsiga;- Send monthly reports to the Federal Police and Civil Police and control the licenses renewal;- Implementation of analysis by liquid and gas chromatography (in products and co-products).

- Execution of microbiological analysis, testing and tracking processes related to products, water and air;- Reading of plates;- Registration of results in the system;- Preparation of culture media, reagents and materials;- Participation in ISO 9001 and HACCP certification.

- Performance of physical-chemical and sensory analysis (products, co-products and inputs);- Monitoring of process;- SSOP inspections (Sanitation Operational Procedures Standardization);- Calibration of equipment and glassware;- File and organization of counter samples.

- Assistance in new product formulations;- Performance of physical-chemical analysis;- Shelf-life testing;- Preparation of samples to be sent to customers;- Training application of sensory analysis;- Elaboration of product specifications;- Participation in external audits.
