My overarching responsibilities include providing a service to the Title IV-E Unit of the Social Services Administration/Department of Human Services by way of performing analysis on IV-E related matters in MD CHESSIE (Maryland Children's Electronic Social Services Information Exchange); providing the requirements/ business rules for creating ad hoc reports that will assist IV-E management and line staff with data that will facilitate program improvements; drafting electronic training curricula to assist casework staff in entering the proper data that will aid IV-E staff in performing correct determinations; editing the IV-E monthly newsletter; assisting with the myriad IV-E audits and reviews; providing information regarding what is required for IV-E level I (maintenance) and level II (enhancement) builds; performing security monitor functions; initiating/facilitating meetings and of course, other duties as assigned.

Served as the Functional Lead for the Finance/Title IV-E Modules for the MD CHESSIE Project from 2002-2007, as Help Desk Support from 2007-2009 and as a Tester from 2009 to present.
