Denise Cooper is a lawyer with expertise in the areas of corporate/commercial, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, film and television production and distribution, employment, broadcast, telecom, e-commerce, privacy and intellectual property law.She has served as a legal and business advisor to publicly traded and privately held companies and leaders, primarily in the areas of media, technology and entertainment, as well as venture-funded startups.
