Human Resources Generalist
CurrentOversee daily workflow tasks of subordinate staff such as scheduling, assignments, and communication. Recruit, interview, and facilitate job applicants for vacant positions. Collaborated with department managers to gain understanding of skills and competencies required for openings. Conduct background checks and eligibility verifications. Performs routine tasks required to administer programs such as compensation, benefits, and leave. Assist with employee disciplinary matters, investigations, training & development, and terminations. Handles employment related inquiries from applicants, employees, supervisors referring to sensitive matters to appropriate staff. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in Human Resources, talent management, and employment law.
