I worked at Dopkins & Company, CPA firm from 1979-1988 Manager of the Computer Department. Ran 5 software programs and supervised one other person. Helped out with tax return information and put together financial statements.My career path took me to Kauffman's Bakery as an assistant to the Controller. I handled all the general ledger accounts and helped in creating their financial statements. Also, I oversaw the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable department.I then transitioned to Independent Health in 1995 as an Accounts Receivable Representative for 13 years. Managed a large group of our clients billing and enrollment activity. Worked closely with our Sales Department. In 2008 I moved into my current position as a Premium Account Service Representative. I have my own book of business with mostly large groups. I work with the group administrator's to ensure timely and accurate information is given to them via their monthly invoices. Also, am responsible for implementing new groups after our Sales Department retains the groups from year to year and newly acquired groups.
