CurrentCustomer Service RepresentativeOrder entry and processing through MCS, both EDI and manual. Follow up, tracking and advising customers of date changes, shortages, etc. Invoice reconciliation in MCS, necessary for AR to post commission payments. Maintain our order entry data base with new item and promotion set up for all Jack Link’s product, and deleting discontinued product. Extensive communication with customers, Jack Link’s Sales, AR and Customer Service reps. Assist Business Managers for Convenience Store, Grocery and Dollar Store accounts in ordering samples and racks, running sales reports, and providing them with order and customer information as needed. Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as MCS, Jack Link’s Citrix based program, SPT (Sales Planning Tool), and several other customer systems that can be accessed for deduction backup.
