Putting excitement back into fitness!With a background as a professional dancer having trained in London and worked as a dancer around the world on stage and film, movement is a huge driving force in my life. Alongside dance I have taught in studios in both London and Dublin. I believe what we do for our mind and body through fitness should be fun. The exercise we choose to do should be exciting, inspiring and push us mentally and physically to achieve the best outcome - whatever that may be for each individual. I specialise in BARRE, DANCE and SPIN. A little bit about BARRE fitness:It is a low impact high intensity class that sculpts the body to a long lean physique. In this class we move through choreographed sequences to the beat of the music. Perfect for anyone that likes a mix of pilates, yoga and dance. My style of SPIN: Rhythm riding - if you know you know! Another amazing beat driven class that incorporates upper body movements that push your coordination and cardio!
