I am an educator and community leader with over 25 years of full-time service in the Madison Metropolitan School District, working in diverse roles: Classroom teacher, Restorative Justice Coach & Trainer, Coordinator of Intervention, Positive Behavior Coach. I have trained pre-service teachers in best practices for world language instruction, managed the UW-Madison Spanish education program, supervised practicum and student teachers, and taught practicum courses at the UW-Madison. I created and founded Root 2 Rise in 2017.
