This role includes planning, implementing, and supporting school-wide teaching and learning. Primary functions include creating and facilitating structured coaching cycles and the implementation of weekly Professional Learning Community Professional Development. Ongoing observations allow me to provide feedback to teachers to assist them in improving teaching and learning, as well as modeling and demonstrating best practice in the classroom.
