- Coordinate the daily accounting procedures for four entities, including: cash receipts, cash disbursements, cash applications, bank reconciliation, purchase orders, payroll and journal entries- Maintaining internal controls from identifying duplicates or fraudulent invoices while maintaining accounts payable audits- Verify invoices against purchase orders and pack slips to ensure goods or services were received before disbursement- Prepare voucher slip with invoice information, code to appropriate general ledger account, and distribute for approval - Upload invoices into ERP (Infor-Visual) in preparation of processing payments within a timely manner- Responding to vendors inquiries, negotiating terms/discounts while ensuring they are paid on time- Back up accounts receivable with payment collections, cash applications and sending out invoices- Work in partnership with Accounts Receivable and Controller on monthly/yearly closing process- Reconcile bank statements and cash flow with maintaining a monthly balance sheet for ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies- Prepare and process the daily remote deposit capture- Responsible for a complete payroll processing of 200 non-exempt and exempt USA employees through ADP with payroll verification report (Master Control) I verify all hours worked, days off and substitutes, earnings are equal to net pays - Prepare and process payroll and corporate expenses for taxes weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly

- Assist Senior Client Representative in establishing team sales and service goals and objectives- Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem solving, ownership and follow through- Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and local laws and regulations as well as with Boston Private Bank & Trust Company policies and procedures- Oversee income and expense management to minimize office losses and prevent fraud- Maintain office facility in the absence of the office manager- Consistently meet/exceed sales and referral goals by conducting client sales interviews, cross-selling, and up-selling products and services- Respond to difficult or complex product and service inquiries from clients, team and business partners
