• Assist and work directly with a group of 30+ Analysts, Salespersons, IT Director, HR Director and Controller• Demonstrate a commitment to service and excellence in both skills and human relations• Revise and update annual reports, initial call memorandums, and financial data• Assist the company controller in coordinating, issuing and emailing invoices to attorneys and clients• Schedule, coordinate and plan interviews, through the HR department, for potential interns and employees• Proofread and edit large financial and text reports for complete accuracy• Transcribe documents such as company historical/financial data proficiently and accurately• Handle, with precision, large spreadsheets containing confidential client information• Support and assist long-distance salespersons with inter-office and client-related responsibilities• Manage and organize contacts through LinkedIn for the company’s senior vice presidents• Organize and maintain marketing materials for tradeshows and conventions• Chosen from all support team members to work long distance with a financial analyst relocated to North Carolina, managing all functions of responsibilities
