After all, it's the people that make a great company. I credit my professional success to lessons learned from the hardest (and most rewarding) job I ever had – a stay-at-home mom of five. Nothing teaches you how to innovate, communicate, problem solve and get stuff done, like leading a pack of diverse and unique individuals. And I’m proud to say, they all turned out great!Human Resources was never really on my radar, but rather something that I just fell into. I started my career in Marketing, moved into Administration and landed in HR. My passion for people, outgoing and energetic personality, and ability to make friends out of a room full of strangers, seemed a natural fit for the job. Leveraging my work experiences across varied functions in non-profit, for profit and private industry, has helped me understand what motivates people and drives organizational success. I am known for taking initiative, meeting challenges head on, prioritizing projects, and delivering solutions that support the goals of the business and the employee. My favorite place to be when I'm not at work is the 'great outdoors.' I enjoy spending time with family and friends (human and canine), camping and hiking in the mountains. I love to cook and relax in the garden, and on a rainy day you can find me curled up on the couch with a great book.
