Manage a staff of one (1) to support the Asset Based business and its ABL portfolio. Act as a bridge between the Front Office and our various operations department.- Review loan documents during the deal closing process for operational workability.- Work closely with the Business Manager and Financial Control to track revenue for the business.- Monitor the customer due diligence process and collect the necessary information for client on-boarding to comply with corporate policy.- Administer Letters of Credit (LC) issuances and amendments with the client and our internal operations department.- Troubleshoot client billing errors with our various operations department.- Daily client interaction to answer any questions in regards to the loan document, billing, letters of credit, account openings, etc.

Support Asset Based business in various middle office functions. Acted as a bridge between the front office and operations team for the execution of new transactions as well as the ongoing maintenance of the existing portfolio. Review loan documentation for workability with operations, review documumentation for the issuance or amendment of Letters of Credit, monitor the availability of the loan facility against the borrowing base, daily interaction with client in regards to billing, bank account openings and questions about the credit agreement.

Managed a team of 5 admins to provide coverage for senior bankers within the business. Responsible for coordinating the roll out of all new technology as well as update them on corporate policy changes. Coordinate calendar for Managing Director, make travel arrangements, prepare all expense reporting and log attendance for the business.

Provide administrative support to 3 Managing Directors.
