We help healthcare payers to reduce claims costs, while ensuring consistent patient coverage. • We are looking for physicians to apply their medical knowledge to perform utilization reviews in a flexible, remote setting.

The Recruiting Specialist is expected to increase the overall results of the CorSource staffing team. Responsibilities include sourcing, recruiting, business development and general support activities.• Creatively search for talent, make initial contact to pre-qualify candidates, generate interest and present candidate for consideration.• Bullhorn SME – implemented Bullhorn as new applicant tracking system.• Sourcing and placing candidates in positions in technology, engineering, business professional, and administrative.• Reach out to candidates through various mediums including email, cold-calls, LinkedIn messages, referrals, etc.• Develop sourcing strategies for specific positions to supplement the candidate pipeline.• Identify and attend networking events to inform, attract and recruit candidates, as well as sponsor/host networking events.• Responsible for screening, interviewing and placing new hires, as well as keeping up to date on local hiring laws and regulations.• Conduct reference checks.• Responsible for changes in consultant records, such as placements, extensions, terminations, and rate changes.• Generate offer letters and assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork.• Update monthly KPI report for technical staffing to track recruiting metrics.• Run various reports on recruiting numbers for reference.
