I Serve as the training officer for NVRT-2. I am responsible for planning, coordinating, and scheduling team training prior to and during deployments based on the standards of training established by NDMS headquarters. Duties and Responsibilities include: - Assisting NDMS in identifying, developing, and implementing individual and team training requirements at the core and proficiency levels and within the medical and non-medical subject areas. - Schedule and conduct team training to ensure team readiness for response. This includes classes, workshops, field exercises, both didactic and practical using a variety of approved sources. - Maintain a contact list of training points of contact that will increase professional development and awareness of new training and educational materials or opportunities. - Process all training requests and after action reports through program development branch of NDMS.- Maintain individual team training records and compile team statistics on completion and competencies. - Maintain a resource library of training presentations relative to ESF-8 missions and the missions identified in the Concept of Operations. - Maint the team Responder eLearn site - to provide the team with vital information in addition to distance leaning.- Evaluate team response readiness and identify deficiencies and recommend educational needs. -Participate in the monthly training officer and team conference calls.

I also maintain all petty cash controls, as well as Management accounting, producing accounts to trial balance, annual budget setting, client and patient database management including medical and financial records, laboratory and graphical data. Recall systems for preventative health carePricing of procedures, Stock control, including pricing and ordering, appointments scheduling and review. I am responsible for planning, monitoring, and reviewing all computer based medical records.

Maintenance of PSI computer system, accounts receivable, inventory control, daily receipts, appointment scheduling, small animal care inclusive of: restraint, administration of medications, phlebotomy, catheter placement, induction and monitoring of anesthesia, surgical assisting, laboratory tests.
