I was hired as a prep. In that postion I worked closely with the head cook. Aiding the cook by preping cook and uncooked items. There was cleaning and inventoing with this postion as well. While there I gained experince in evey department such as the salad bar,bakery and fry postion. I was then promoted to Head Cook in that postion I was responsible for maintaing the buffet style bar with hot freash items that also appealed to the eye of the consumer. I was Head Cook until the resturaunt closed for buisenss at that location permantley.
