Provider Success Manager
CurrentResponsible for developing a strong and sustainable business relationship with current client accounts and supporting expansion efforts. Manage, track, and monitor progress against day-to-day operational work, milestones, and ongoing work plans. Partner with clients to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions. Track key internal; updates and performance indicators to share and collaborate with clients, Create reporting and educational materials for client-facing presentations to share updates, and overall performance. Manage and strategize on escalations
