The Visitor Services & Membership Manager (that is me!) is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the welcome center including staffing, merchandise program, reporting, visitor services, and financial management. I oversee the planning and execution of new membership outreach strategies, mainly in the hospitality industry. As an overall destination brand ambassador, my role is responsible for continuously fostering strong partnerships, working with local businesses, city, county leaders, and Santa Rosa Metro Chamber / Visit Santa Rosa (SRMC/VSR) staff to help market Santa Rosa as the best place to work, live, and play.
