Pallas Foods is Ireland's leading foodservice distributer which is a subsidiary of Sysco Corp, the largest player in foodservice distribution in the US. In conjunction with Bord Bia my role with Pallas Foods is to support and help its Irish suppliers grow their business through supply to Sysco. This involves identifing opportunities and developing a market.

Worked with the Irish Food Board in New York to extend export reach and identify opportunities for Irish food, beverage and horticulture companies in the US. This included establishing routes to market, market research, database development, promotions, strategy development, buyer meetings and advising client companies.This role was part of the Bord Bia.
