Ensuring all invoices received had a corresponding goods inwards docket. Manually checking invoice value versus order value and checking prices where there were any mis-matches. Approving the invoice for payment.

Working from Honda's European head office, it was my job to receive all electronic invoices for cars/bikes which left each of the European factories for distribution centres. Once invoices were received and confirmed, I then recharged the distribution centre so that the stock was physically on the books of the end recipient. By centrally controlling this, we ensured very clean strock transfers - the stock showing on the system matched the physical stock in location.
